UKREXPORT has direct access to unique producers of Exclusive Foundry Pig Iron operating solely in the eastern industrial part of Ukraine where highly concentrated Iron Ore Pellets are manufactured and used for various industrial purposes including production of special type of Pig Iron for special foundry applications. High Silicon Foundry Pig Iron with deleterious impurities minimized and usable Fe-Si alloy maximized is subject to special classification beyond conventional GOST/DSTU standard and it is offered for sale as special customized material actually. The novel unique producers who make it adjust to special customized requirements and become flexible to offer conventional foundry grades L1 through L6 where deleterious elements (Mn, P, S, Ti, V, Cr, Pb, Al, Mg) are diminished to zero or guaranteed not to exceed 0.4%. Full 100% advance T/T prepayment applies in order to place and carry out special production order adjusted to the said special requirements:

Minimal order quantity is 1000MT because this is minimal capacity of a single blast furnace where primary Iron Ore, Coke & Catalysts for requested Exclusive Pig Iron grade are to be smelted. Please note: Any original production of Pig Iron at that or other factory is not open public process. Inquiry for particular production/offer/price has to show authentic information: 1) who (what company) is buyer/importer/consignee; 2) where (what bank) his payment is to come from: 3) how (in copies of docs) he bought/imported/consumed Pig Iron last time, to prove 1) and 2).
